Franck Lambert
As Estate Crush Winemaker, Franck Lambert offers clients a wealth of knowledge and experience. He studied winemaking at the esteemed University of Montpellier in France, and has been making wine for nearly 20 years, most recently at Michael David Winery in Lodi.

For the last eight years Lambert was an integral part of the team at Michael David Winery, which during that time, grew production from 15,000 to 350,000 cases per year. As Senior Winemaker, Lambert coordinated the crush and production for Michael David’s award-winning wines, including 7 Deadly Zins, Earthquake, Incognito and Windmill.

Prior to Michael David, Lambert gained extensive experience working in the revered wine regions in France. He spent two years as Cellar Master for Chateau de L’Hospitalet in Narbonne, Languedoc, where he worked with French winemaking legend Michel Rolland. Also in Narbonne, he was Oenologist/Cellar Master at Janson Industrie. Prior to Narbonne, Lambert worked as Oenologist at Armagnac cooperative winery in Gers. Lambert also gained experience working with Riesling at Dopff au Moulin; with Chardonnay and Viognier at the Domaine de La Baume in Languedoc; with Bordeaux varietals at Chateau Loudenne in Medoc; and with Pinotage in South Africa at Flagstone Winery.

Nick & Sandy Sikeotis
As General Manager of Estate Crush, Nick brings extensive wine industry experience. He was a founder and president of Jessie’s Grove Winery where he led the winery to national and local sales of more than 18,000 cases, and he also served as manager of Borra Vineyards and North Coast/Lodi Irrigation, a crucial supplier to the Northern California’s top-quality vineyards. Nick’s expert management and financial skills were honed during his 18 years in finance and banking.

Bob & Ali Colarossi
As Managing Partners, Bob & Ali will lend their more than 50 years of combined knowledge and expertise to help manage Estate Crush.

Bob brings extensive experience in sport business management, corporate partnerships and marketing. In addition to Estate Crush, he currently serves as the president of the marketing commission for the International Gymnastics Federation. Previously, he worked with Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) as managing director of the state-of-the-art David Beckham Academy and the inaugural Amgen Tour of California. From 1998 – 2004, Bob served as president and CEO of USA Gymnastics, and prior to that, he served as president of the Massachusetts Sports Commission.

Ali’s background includes deep knowledge and experience in helping build consumer brands, corporate positioning and new product introductions. From 1997 – 2008, Ali managed the consumer marketing practice for Fleishman-Hillard, the world’s largest public relations firm, and was recognized for her account management expertise, strategic counsel and development and implementation of results-driven programs. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, she worked at public relations firms Technology Solutions, Inc. in San Jose and Carl Terzian Associates in Los Angeles.
