Estate Crush offers the Estate Private Barrel program for an individual or group of friends who want their very own barrel of handcrafted wine. The Estate Private Barrel program begins with a meeting with our winemaker to create your individual winemaking plan. Estate Crush stores and monitors your wine while it ages in our environmentally controlled barrel room for up to 22 months. During this aging period, with input from our staff, you may decide to blend your wine with other varietals. When the wine is ready to be bottled, you can join the process, or we will prepare it for you for pick-up or delivery. An Estate Private Barrel yields 25 cases of wine.
