Estate Crush provides a fully-insulated 3,000 square foot temperature-controlled (58°) and humidified barrel room (85%) that can accommodate up to 500 barrels. In addition, we use the Carlsen Ozone Sanitation System to protect your investment and maximize quality.
Estate Crush currently has 18,000 gallons of bulk wine storage and we will offer 40,000 gallons by 2011. Tank sizes range from 1,000 to 3,100 gallons. Services include receiving, storing, blending and shipping bulk wine.
