The Estate Crush team offers you more than 100 combined years of winemaking and business experience. Estate Crush’s winemaking services include crush, fermentation, press, two pump-overs per day, barrel racking and aging for up to 10 months in a climate-controlled room.
To begin the process, we meet with you and/or your winemaker to determine the protocol that best suits the wine you are working to create. You have the luxury of working with our standard protocol or your own specially-adapted protocol. Together, we develop a customized system that enables you to create a premium wine.
When it is time to make your wine, Estate Crush’s experienced team and state-of-the-art equipment make it possible. From our Carlsen vibratory sorting table and Puelo Vega Destemmer-Crusher to our Puleo Open Tank Membrane Press and Quality Stainless tanks with independent double jackets to properly manage both large and small tank lots, our sophisticated winemaking equipment helps make your wine.
Throughout the entire winemaking process, you’ll receive regular personal communication from our staff winemaker via a special online site, and with our “open door” policy, we welcome you to stop by and visit your wine any time.
